Aside from enjoying her postings about her cats and her art, I met Liz three times at Divine Comedy gigs (NYE in Newcastle, Paris, and most recently in Dublin). Despite those fleeting meetings, it was a genuine shock to learn that she had passed way. Her absence will genuinely be felt at gigs, even by those who didn't know her that well.
